		<description>I think you nailed it on the head about the travelers. And you do find more of the same even in Europe. There is typically a slightly higher percentage of the meet heads (especially the more West you go), but in the eastern countries, and even the southern countries, you find a lot of good people. 
I&#039;ve always said that it&#039;s not where you travel but how you travel that determines the experience, the level of safety and the types of people you end up around. Backpacking nomads are generally the same where ever you go.</description>
